It is in a rounded triangular shape, sits very high above the thick bezel, and is hand cut. These attributes serve to underscore its presence. The stone is probably Variscite, but the silversmith who created this ring about a hundred years ago no doubt thought it was Turquoise, as they are easily confused. --A comparable ring example can be found in the reference mentioned below.-- The shank is comprised of two portions of wire that are connected at the inside bottom. East and west of the triangular form has a band of three raindrops. For me, it is hard to beat such a neat ring.

Excellent condition.

Reference: Navajo and Pueblo Jewelry Design 1870-1945, Baxter, p. 149 shows a comparable triangular dark green stone in a ring.

Shipping is free within the United States.
If you are an international customer, your shipping cost will show once you have added the item to your cart.
