The larger example is in Rubino-Violetto and the smaller is in Blu-Violetto. The opposing curves of the bowl side versus the bowl foot add much interest to this pair. The designs of Flavio Poli are truly iconic, and his post-war creations are prime examples of the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic.

Excellent condition. The Rubino-Violetto bowl has a minuscule flea bite to the outside edge, but it is only seen under very close scrutiny. The Blu-Violetto has tiny bubbles within the glass congruent with the sommerso glass technique.

Reference: Seguso Vetri d’Arte Online Archive.
