Condition Notes:

Attainable Rarities aims to photograph and describe each item in the most accurate manner possible. Please examine all pictures and consult the condition notes section in each description. Condition notes are made in accordance with generally accepted practices in the field and any damage outside of general use will be noted. Please keep in mind that these pieces are vintage in nature and will show at least some signs of use. If you would like additional pictures, do not hesitate to send us an email.

Attributions:

Attributions made about items listed on Attainable Rarities are based on experience and years of research, and are made in full faith. Our intention is never to misrepresent anything. We encourage all buyers to be informed and to do their own research. Please send us an email if you have any questions or would like additional pictures.

Payment and Shipping:

Prices listed are in United States Dollar (USD) and will convert to your local currency.

Payment is accepted through the secure Shopify transaction process.

Shipping within the US is free. Shipping outside of the US will have a flat rate that varies by item. Shipping will include insurance for the full value and tracking, and items $500 or higher will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be sent to the buyer via email once it is available.

Generally, items will be shipped within five business days. If there will be a delay outside of that timeframe, the buyer will be given notice. 

The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and miscellaneous fees outside of the initial transaction.

Attainable Rarities is not responsible for delays in transit or Customs.

Returns:

We do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your purchase, please send us an email. If a return is granted, the buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping, including tracking and insurance for the full value. The item should be packed in the same manner as it was originally sent, and the item should be in the same condition as it was received. Refunds from a return will be net of the original cost of shipping. For U.S. customers, a receipt stating the actual original shipping cost will be provided to the buyer as proof. For non-U.S. customers, refunds will be given less the flat fee shipping rate. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. 

Cancelations:

Cancelation requests can be made within three hours of purchasing by sending us an email. Cancelation requests outside of that parameter are at the discretion of Attainable Rarities, as more likely than not your item has been packed or is in the process of being packed.

Other:

In case of breakage during transit, the buyer is to inform Attainable Rarities immediately and supply enough pictures to facilitate and satisfy an insurance claim. Pictures required, but not limited to, include various angles of the box, the shipping label, the invoice, the packing materials, and of the damaged item. Attainable Rarities will submit the insurance claim on the buyer’s behalf. The insurance claim process can take anywhere from a week to a month, depending on your location and the quality of pictures provided. Once Attainable Rarities has received a refund by the insurer, Attainable Rarities will send a refund to the buyer. The buyer is to retain all pieces of the damaged item, the box, and packing materials until the insurance claim is completed. While we hope damage does not occur, we ask that you please be patient during the claim process. Periodic updates will be made via email to the buyer when they are available.

Attainable Rarities has the right to cancel any transaction for any reason. If a transaction is cancelled, the buyer will be promptly refunded.

Confidentiality is important to us, and your data will never be sold or given to third parties.

Attainable Rarities does not offer a trade discount.
