During the fifties and sixties, Antonio da Ros designed various wildly successful series for Vetreria Gino Cenedese. During this time, his emphasis was on sommerso glass executed in atypical colors and shapes. This low vase, executed in a delightful shade of opalescent acid-yellow, falls into that category.
