Silver and Cerrillos Turquoise Circa 1930 Size 8.25 Face measures 1” by 3/4" Unsigned, as is common with these old pieces. Coin or higher in silver content.
This ring is a gorgeous piece of classic Navajo design. The large oval cabochon is a southwest treasure being Cerrillos Turquoise. Its stunning dark green hue with light brown matrix is highly sought after. The stone is bezel set and framed with twisted wire. The remarkable six-part split shank is topped with silver spheres (raindrops) and has very fine stamp work on each leg. Below the split shank there are sun and arrow stamps. This is truly a quality piece that has all the bells and whistles, as it were.
