Silver and Turquoise
Circa 1930
Size 7.5
Face measures 1" by 5/8"
Unsigned, as is common with these old pieces.
Coin or higher in silver content.
The Turquoise cluster ring is truly an iconic piece of Navajo and Pueblo jewelry design. This early example presents an atypical diamond or marquis shape with a center oval Turquoise framed in twisted wire and surrounded by lovely, old Turquoise ovals and rounds. The face sits atop a three-part split shank allowing for it to comfortably reside on the finger. The craftsmanship and bezel setting are noteworthy.
