Presented here is a wonderful Navajo ring of a truly iconic design. By the thirties, a few general design styles would be considered "classic" among anthropologists, historians, and collectors, and the design seen here, with the large oval stone framed in twisted wire and flanked by silver raindrops, is one of them. It was made earlier in the twentieth century, but the very high quality workmanship seen in this example puts this at a slightly later date. The smooth bezel is narrow and well developed, and the twisted wire variety is very fine. This is a stellar example and with a beautiful stone.

Excellent condition.
