Venini & C. Italy, ca. 1949 Green and black fused canes 2 5/8" h, 3 3/4" d (6.5, 9.5 cm)
While at Venini, Fulvio Bianconi designed his rendition of the Fazzoletto vase and they were produced in a multitude of sizes, glass decors, and colors. This pair was executed in black and green fused canes, which is a scarce color combination. Each has the Venini three-line acid stamp, but given their diminutive size only a portion of the signature is visible. This listing is for the pair.
Excellent condition.
