Silver and Turquoise Circa 1930 Size 9.5-9.75 Face measures 7/8” by 7/8” Unsigned, as is common with these old pieces. Coin or higher in silver content.
What attracted me to this ring in the first place was the stone. It is a large round cabochon with a shallow dome that presents a small section of Robin’s egg blue, with the rest a mix of a green stone and reddish-brown matrix. The setting is classic in nature with the fine wire frame flanked with silver spheres (raindrops). The three-part split shank shows small circular stamps with other detailed stamp work below. The construction is very nice and the large size commands attention.
