Celebrated for their quality of execution and interesting designs, Vetreria Fratelli Toso was one of the biggest names in 19th and 20th century Italian art glass. Their Fenicio series of the early 20th century proved to be a popular one and the series was executed in a plethora of color combinations and sizes, with most being between 6 and 12 inches tall. This truly monumental example stands at a very proud 23 1/4 inches tall, making it the largest intact example I have seen. In my opinion, this is one of the best color combinations, too, with an almost peacock array. The base glass is an opalescent white and the
Excellent condition. Small flaws in the glass, such as bubbles and ash flecks, consistent with the decor type and period.
