Italy, ca. 1915 Orange cased glass vase with applied rim 6" h (15 cm)
Fratelli Toso produced wonderful cased glass during the teens and twenties. Known simply as doblé, or incamiciato, glass, this wide-ranging series featured bright colors and various applied details. This particular vase is executed in lattimo glass cased in transparent orange and with an applied black rim.
Excellent condition.
