Italy, ca. 1938/40 Heavy glass vase with textured interior and applied details 11" h (28 cm)
This obscure series is characterized by an ice chip-like interior, and this particular example is executed in green glass with various applied details, including "S" style handles, roped rim, and roped foot. In my years of collecting and research, I have yet to see another example.
Excellent condition. Tooling marks to applied details, as expected.
